A family that Builds together
The Asael Group was founded in 1987 by Mr. Shimon Asael, one of the founders of the city of Ariel and the builders of Judea and Samaria. Over the years as third party contractors, the various companies in the group have initiated complex projects, on a large scale and in many areas such as: commercial construction, public institutions, educational buildings (schools, colleges) and residential buildings – all as a national franchisee of the General Staff.
After years of learning and educating about the purity of construction and their military service, Shimon joined his children in running the company alongside him, while maintaining his vision he instilled in his family – professionalism, a warm and personal attitude to each client or professional, along with love of the country and its construction.
With the joining of the younger generation of the family, the group also started initiating – led by dozens of top professionals – architects, engineers, project managers and various consultants, under various project companies, the group initiates projects from the beginning until receiving the key to the new apartment.
Today, the Asael Group initiates, plans and executes many urban renewal projects in various cities – Tel Aviv, Holon, Bat Yam, Petah Tikva, Mazkeret Batya, Rishon Lezion, Kiryat Bialik and the hand is still out.
Apart from urban renewal projects, the company also focuses on projects of initiating and executing public areas, residential projects and promoting various combination transactions.
In 2019, the Asael Group was selected by The-Marker as one of the three leading entrepreneurial companies in the city of Holon in the field of urban renewal, along with a second consecutive appearance in Dun’s 100 – the list of leading and influential companies in Israel. In the same year, Shimon Asael was elected one of the 70 most influential people in the field of urban renewal in Israel, according to the “Magnifiers” rating.
Throughout its years of work, the Asael Group has acquired knowledge, experience, reputation as well as the great trust of developers, landowners, architects, public figures and satisfied customers – all thanks to quality and meticulous work, optimal and family service, financial security and meeting the schedule.

Alongside to building and settling the country, Asael Group is engaged daily in social making and helping others within the framework of the “Heritage of Moshe Rabbeinu” association which was inherited from the late Rabbi David, Shimon Asael’s father. The association is engaged in helping with gifts and personal equipment for IDF combat soldiers, activities and fun days for children with special needs in cooperation with the “ILAN” association, and holding Bar-mitzvah ceremonies for children from distressed neighborhoods.
